Condensed milk cake / sweet bread
I can not think of a faster and sure shot way to make a cake so far…will soon break my own record with an even simpler one…till then lets just…
Put one Indian measuring cup of flour that makes about 125 grams flour , two eggs , one teaspoon baking powder , half a teaspoon baking soda , 50 ml refined oil, and one can of Amul condensed milk ( 400ml) into the blender jar.
If you are using any other brand ,I would suggest that replace 50 ml of the condensed milk with plain milk as Amul is a trifle thinner in consistency than the other condensed milk brands.
Blend the ingredients for ten to fifteen seconds , just about enough to mix , do not over mix .
Pour in a 7 inch loaf tin and place in a preheated oven at 180 ° C and bake for 35 minutes . Now I must add here that the cake trebles in size so the batter should come little less than half way up the tin , otherwise the cake will not overflow but become a little shapeless, alright what I exactly mean is that take a larger tin as compared to what you would normally take.
Cool the loaf and enjoy the big slices.
too simple , have to try this one
