Ingredients
1. 8 slices of bread.
2. 1 chopped firm tomato remove the seeds and soft pulp before chopping
3. 1 small capsicum chopped fine.
4. 2 tbsps coriander leaves chopped fine or ½ tsp oregano.
5. ½ cup grated cheddar cheese.
6. 3 tbsps cheese spread.
7. Salt to taste
8. ¼ tsp black pepper.
Method
1. In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients.
2. Divide the mixture equally and make the sandwiches .
3. Wrap the sandwiches in a damp cloth and chill for 4-5 hours.
