Whole wheat flour Cake





Ingredients:

American measuring cup of 250 ml



1.           1 cup butter at room temperature
2.           1 cup brown sugar
3.           2 cups whole wheat  flour
4.           1 cup curd
5.           1 teaspoon  baking powder
6.           1 teaspoon  baking soda
7.           2 eggs
8.           One teaspoon vanilla essence

Method:

1.           Beat the butter and brown sugar  till they are blended.
2.           Add the eggs one at a time and beat.
3.           Sift the whole wheat flour , baking powder and soda.
4.           Add the flour to the above mixture one table spoon at a time and mix .
5.           Add the curd  and vanilla essence and mix well but do not over beat.
6.           Pour into a greased tin.




7.           Bake at 180° c  for 60 minutes .
